He has authored a way of teaching spanish that has helped me enormously. I have used this book as a text, but more importantly the classes offered are individual and personalized. We begin with a discussion of what has passed most recently, and any suggestions I may have for the day. He has such a clear and precise way of illustrating the uniqueness of Spanish that I often make breakthroughs that stay. I live in Buenos Aires several months each year, but when I am at home in California, I continue once each week by internet. This continual contact has increased my facility with the language and my enjoyment of the culture of this amazing South American city.
